Professional Background

Ms. Gulling has been practicing law since 1993.  Ms. Gulling practiced law in Minnesota for seven years before she relocated to the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area.  Ms. Gulling was the Managing Member of Scurti and Gulling, PA and Of Counsel at Silber, Perlman, Sigman & Tilev.  Ms. Gulling was the recipient of the GAYLAW Distinguished Service Award in 2005.
